NEW YORK, NEW YORK, USA, July 9, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ – The FIABCI-USA Real Estate Grand Prix is an annual competition that recognizes American real estate projects that embody best practices across the many disciplines involved in their creation. This prestigious award is a testament to the FIABCI ideal of providing society with optimal solutions to meet its property needs, including creating better places to live, work and play. To be eligible, projects must have been completed within the last five years and have been in operation for at least 12 months by December 31, 2021.

Through this competition, FIABCI-USA is looking for the most effective and / or influential real estate projects across the country. A panel of expert judges will evaluate projects against specific criteria, and those who achieve exemplary status will receive an award, regardless of the number of entries received in the category. Exemplary projects will also be invited to participate in the international round of the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence competition.

FIABCI-USA President Eugenia Foxworth states: “Through consistent submissions of some of the most impressive projects in the country, FIABCI-USA has been able to create a meaningful industry event that truly recognizes the best of the best. We are not only very grateful for their participation, but we are also pleased to celebrate and promote the success of the parties involved in these famous projects. “

In 2020, nine outstanding projects have won the Real Estate Grand Prix awards. The locations of these projects varied from coast to coast and beyond, with many entries from Washington, Colorado and Hawaii. In addition, one of the Prix d’Excellence award winning projects, a multi-family project in Hawaii known as the Kapiolani Residence, received top international awards in the Affordable Housing category.
