Inside Real Estate recently added additional team functions to kvCORE, ensuring that teams have everything they need to optimize and scale within the same platform ecosystem. The new Pond accounts allow teams to collaborate with a contact group while leveraging kvCORE’s automated behavior to attract leads, enforce accountability rules and processes, and maximize lead generation. Teams and brokerages have added over 100,000 contacts to Pond’s kvCORE accounts since its release. Some of the main features contributing to this widespread adoption include:

– Contacts in Pond Account do not need to be assigned manually

– Agents or brokerage staff can “demand” withdrawals from the pond to work, while adhering to certain rules of accountability.

– Automation continues to work for Pond contacts, so leads get campaigns, market reports, listing alerts, and valuation reports.

– Team leaders can manage follow-up with powerful analytics and clear accountability of lead nominating agents.
