Doug Little, David Baker, Kelly Gault and Jack Scharnberg of Transwestern Real Estate Services represented Regent Properties. Jay Kyle of Colliers represented the tenant. Recent leases for the 44,000 square feet of Park Towers include: Woodforest Bank, Clarkson Platou Shipping Services, iHeart Media as well as Ortek Consulting… Regent made a deal with Starbucks Coffee develop a vehicle access system on campus at Post Oak Boulevard and Post Oak Park Drive.
Branches Lexington realty trust acquired a fully leased industrial complex of three buildings with a total area of 738,701 square feet near the Port of Houston from Triten Real Estate Partners. The seller was represented by Trent Agnew, Rusty Tamlin, Charles Strauss and Catherine Miller. Completed in 2019, the 44.6-acre portfolio consists of the Bayport North I Logistics Center, at 9701 New Decade, and the Bayport North Logistics Center II, at 4100 Malone in Pasadena, and the Underwood Port Logistics Center, at 4660 Underwood in Deer Park. The single-family houses house the trucking and logistics companies.
