Gwyneth Paltrow’s California home enters the real estate market



This is a chic “traditional East Coast” home that manages to stand out in the sophisticated Brentwood Heights neighborhood, not only for its sleek looks, but also for serving as a haven for the Hollywood royal family decades ago.

Actor Gwyneth Paltrow’s California estate, where she lived with her famous parents in the 1970s, has entered the real estate market for $ 3.195 million.

Paltrow, along with the mother of actor Blyth Danner and producer Bruce Paltrow, lived in this house when Paltrow was young.

According to listing agent Ari Vintraub of Sotheby’s International Realty’s Brentwood brokerage, Academy Award-winning actor still lives nearby, Reported by Mansion Global.

“She’s a woman from Brentwood, she lives here and has a Goop store here,” Wintraub said.

Goop Paltrow is a popular contemporary lifestyle brand that she launched in 2008.

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home has a wide range of elegant features including a chef’s kitchen, butler’s pantry with integrated banquet table, tiled roof and private gate.

The home was put up for sale for the first time in two decades when the current owners bought it for $ 1.15 million, according to Mansion Global.

The Wall Street Journal reported last year that that townhouse in New York on the Upper East Side where Paltrow spent her teenage years, sells for $ 15.5 million. The actress was only 11 years old when her family moved from the West Coast to the hustle and bustle of the Big Apple.

Paltrow flashed her the acting world when she starred in the 1995 thriller Se7en opposite Brad Pitt. In 1999, she received an Oscar for Best Actress for her role in Shakespeare in Love, according to Biography. Paltrow recently starred as Pepper Potts in the Marvel Universe.
