Greystone Brown Real Estate Advisors Closes $ 43.4 Million



NEW YORK, Aug 3, 2021 (GLOBE NEWS) – Greystone Brown Real Estate Consultants announced that it had closed the deal for the sale of an apartment building in Sandy Springs, Georgia, for $ 43,362,000. Greystone Brown represented the seller FPA Multifamily in the transaction. The deal was handled by Chandler Brown, Corey Caroline Sams, Taylor Brown, Walter Miller, Jim Jarrell and Barden Brown, and Greyston also provided a $ 34,000,000 bridging loan to the Stolichnaya Street. Funding for the balance was provided by Keith Hayres, Carter King and Mark Nelson of Greystone.

Located in Fulton County, ReNew Sandy Springs located on Grayfield Lane and consists of 219 apartments. This apartment building has amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center and playground.
