MIDLAND Belvoir Real Estate Group, LLC is expanding its scope of activities to two new points on the map.

The Houston-based commercial real estate firm will open offices in Midland and Jacksonville, Florida within a month.

Matthew Goldsby

According to Matthew Goldsby, founder and CEO of Belvoir, the move is a chance to benefit current and future clients through increased transaction flow and unique opportunities. And the choice of location was carefully thought out.

While commercial real estate services are currently underserved, Midland is on the brink of economic success, Goldsby said.

“Midland is thriving on industrial opportunity thanks to the recent oil boom, and the market will continue to reap the benefits of the post-COVID economy,” he explained. “Big things are on the horizon and Belvoir is delighted to be a part of it.”

Florida, meanwhile, boasts an economic environment similar to that of Lone Star State. Thus, all indicators point to future success.

“The growth potential in Florida is enormous,” Goldsby said. “Demographics, business environment and real estate opportunities are all well-matched and we see Jacksonville as the next strategic step for our firm.”

This is not the first such growth for Belvoir.

Belvoir opened an office in Baytown in late 2020 to better meet the growing industrial construction needs of the region. The site’s continued success, especially in the face of the global pandemic, has helped fuel the company’s growth.

Now that recruitment for both incoming offices is complete, all systems are up and running.

Tucker Schnemann

Belvoir has two important ties to West Texas – Deryck Perkins and Tucker Schnemann, both Midland natives. Perkins is Business Development Manager for the Houston office, and Schneemann will work as a partner at Belvoir’s Midland office at 223 West Wall St., Suite 299.

With sales experience in a variety of industries, Schneemann said he hopes to help Belvoir’s clients achieve their real estate goals across the Permian Basin.

Chris Malleo

Chris Malleo will be working as an assistant at Belvoir’s Jacksonville office at 12724 Gran Bay Parkway West, Bartram Park, Suite 410. He has extensive experience in the brokerage business and said he is delighted to expand the firm’s offering across Florida.

Belvoir’s new offices are part of the company’s strategic plan to strengthen its position as a market leader in key areas, Goldsby said. The firm plans to continue this expansion this year and into 2022.
