Sandler, who moved to City from PEC Zwolle in 2018, has yet to appear in senior position behind Pep Guardiola’s side.
The 24-year-old made 11 appearances for Anderlecht on loan during the 2019/20 campaign but tried to play as much as possible after playing for City in the preseason.
Having made his way through the youth ranks at Ajax, Sandler has yet to take the stage, despite having played for City U-23 five times last season.
In accordance with Goal France by using Receive France Football News (GFFN), Trois ‘focusing’ on loan to the Dutch central midfielder ahead of a transfer deadline on Tuesday 31 August as Sandler enters the final year of his contract at Etihad Stadium.
Sandler admitted that he wants regular minutes this season as he hasn’t played for City yet, despite having spent three years at the club.
After stepping off the bench after City beat Barnsley 4-0 in July, the defender said: “The goal (this season) is to play as many games as possible, whether here (in the City) or elsewhere, I don’t know.” as quoted Daniel Feliciano from Manchester Evening News…
“But I just need to play as many games as possible (as much as possible). I’ve been injured for a long time, so I need to see where it is, but for now I’m playing.
“It’s been a long time, so playing with the guys again is the best feeling, so I’m really happy.”
