Former Judge Accused of Misconduct Joins Commercial Real Estate Law Firm

Martin Zilber resigned from the Eleventh District Court in May this year after the Florida Judges Qualification Commission found the former judge unauthorizedly absent and scolded his bailiff and assistant judge, telling the latter subordinate that her pregnancy was uncomfortable.

Despite the accusations to which Zilber confessed and apologized, the former judge found he had options when he re-entered the private sector. After reviewing several law firms and his own concerts, Zilber settled with South Florida commercial real estate firm Krinzman Huss Lubetsky Feldman & Hotte, which the company announced in late August.
