Detroit Rocket Mortgage Classic Tickets Go On Sale May 27



Tickets for the Rocket Mortgage Classic PGA Tour in Detroit will go on sale May 27 with significant price increases, organizers said Thursday.

Tournament July 1-4 at the Detroit Golf Club, did not allow spectators last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Over the past year, we have witnessed the selflessness of our hometown – and now we look forward to hosting an event that will help many as we all work to bridge the digital divide in Detroit,” said Rocket Mortgage CEO Jay Farner. said in a press release.

Ticket pre-sales began on Tuesday for fans who delayed buying tickets last year or donated to charity.

Delta Dental Pro-Am tickets to the Rocket Mortgage Classic on June 30 are $ 20, while competition tickets are priced dynamically from $ 60 on July 1, $ 70 on July 2, and $ 80 on July 3 and 4. Ticket prices will go up if they sell quickly, or go down if sales are slow.

Ticket prices started at $ 40 on weekdays in 2019 and $ 55 on weekends.

The 2019 weekend rounds were sold out and organizers said they expect similar demand this summer.

Players already in the tournament include reigning champion Bryson DeShambeau and fan favorite Ricky Fowler, sponsored by Rocket Mortgage. Jason Day, Bubba Watson and Harold Warner III also committed.
