The ratio of non-performing loans to total bank loans decreased to 6.7% by the end of the 2020-2021 financial year. The CBI website says the ratio is down 1.8 percentage points from the third quarter of the previous fiscal year ended December 20.
The NPL indicator is the ratio of the amount of problem loans in the loan portfolio of banks to the total amount of outstanding loans from banks.
