Analytics provider CoreLogic announced on Thursday that he had entered enterprise agreement with Mortgage technologies ICE integrate and automate their core solutions on the ICE platform, providing a more streamlined workflow for lenders.
Across Turn on Partner Connect, cloud platform for integration of third-party services, CoreLogic will update mission-critical data-driven processes and make these solutions available to thousands of shared customers through ICE Mortgage Technology. Platform– said the analytics provider.
According to the press release, this modernization initiative will provide ICE customers with the ability to automate the ordering of CoreLogic services natively by automating the workflow in Encompass.
The update will bring new automation capabilities for appraisals, credit reports, borrower verification solutions, income analysis, flood control, fraud and risk mitigation solutions, automated appraisal models and title services on the ICE platform.
“By automating the ordering of the wide range of solutions that CoreLogic offers on our platform, we will make it easier for our clients to issue or receive additional loans at a lower cost and in the shortest time possible,” said Parvesh Sakhi, senior vice president of business development and clients at ICE Mortgage Technology (formerly known as Ellie May).
In addition, ICE will provide application programming interfaces (APIs) for these services so that lenders can place orders for services across all ICE solutions, the press release said.
Mike Mitchell, CoreLogic’s head of business development, said in a statement that the relationship between CoreLogic and ICE is beneficial to customers who use both technologies, “helping mortgage lenders and their borrowers access the next generation of ordering and service delivery.”
“Upgrading the integration of our core solutions on the ICE Mortgage Technology Platform through Encompass Partner Connect will enable common customers to take advantage of new features such as automated ordering, data-driven processing and a more streamlined user experience,” added Mitchell.
Sakhi also said that automating the entire workflow would benefit ICE customers, helping to reduce “[lenders] the total cost of issuing or obtaining a loan, and this is a general priority for CoreLogic. “
