Leasinvest Real Estate has now entered into a long-term lease with Bank Nagelmackers SA for the entire Monteco building. The lease agreement, starting from the date of acceptance of the building, scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2022, was concluded for a period of 12 years at the rate of a rent of 295 euros / m².
Monteco of 3,674 m², strategically located at the corner of Montoye and Rue de l’Industrie in 1000 Brussels, in collaboration with promoter ION, is completely redeveloping an office building that will be a reference to sustainable “recyclable buildings”. In addition, Monteco will be the first timber-framed high-rise building in the Leopold district of Brussels and a CO2-neutral passive office building.
