MG:Who is buying now?

TH: We act on behalf of international clients looking to acquire significant homes in London or the countryside, and advise our old clients on all aspects of their property requirements. Our client list has always been varied, but it seems that we are currently working with a large number of Americans, Middle Easterners and Europeans.

TH: At this point, the priority list is to place more emphasis on communication and privacy. Pedestrian paths and nearby neighbors are considered a bigger problem than before, and not only road connectivity, but also mobile networks are becoming more important. MG: What will your dream house be like?

TH: While there are many beautiful old houses that I would like to buy, my dream has always been to build an amazing modern home, perhaps somewhere in a picturesque location overlooking the sea.
