The building next to the Star Cinema Grill has its own outdoor terrace with 14-foot ceilings and shops and restaurants on the ground floor. Common Desk has other offices in Houston, Westchase, East End, Iona, and Post Oak.

In houston Satya sold a 2.5 acre parcel at Grand Parkway and Kuykendal to the company Smart financial credit union for future development.
