Karl Konsseller has a wide range of experience in his 41-year career in commercial real estate, including 10 years with a national engineering and construction firm, 5 years in project consulting and 31 years in brokerage. Conseller has the knowledge, skills and experience to help its clients find a winning strategy in challenging negotiations.

Conceller has completed sales, lease and consulting deals including office, medical, medical, residential, industrial, land, investment, leaseback and 1,031 tax exchanges on behalf of private, corporate and non-profit clients. To date, he has completed over 575 transactions totaling approximately 6.5 million square feet, valued at $ 600 million.
