Gettle acquired 5.4 acres of land at 8701 E. McDowell Rd, near Loop 101, over two years ago. The company just sold the land for $ 6 million 8701 BT McDowell, LLC. The buyer plans to keep the property for future construction. Hopley assisted both parties in the deal.

The company recently acquired a building at 4611 E. Baseline Rd. in Phoenix to serve as its future headquarters. Goettl Corp. paid $ 7.3 million for a 55,000 square foot office building. The building was purchased from 4611 E Baseline LLC, and the seller was represented by Barry Gable of CBRE. Goettl Corp. plans to move from its current premises to 1845 W. 1st In Tempe and we will occupy a new building in the coming months. Hopley represented Gettl at the purchase.

In addition to purchasing the headquarters building, Göttl also bought a $ 1.9 million office and warehouse building at 4771 S. Overland Dr. in Tucson.
