There were 1,126 new offers in June 2021, up 15 percent from June 2020, when there were 979 offers, and 6.7 percent more than 1,055 listed in May 2021. Thus, buyers find more affordable homes on the market.

Last month’s 1,002 pending sales show a decline of 3.3 percent from 1,036 offers accepted in June 2020 and 3.6 percent from 1,039 offers accepted in the previous month in May 2021.

The number of closed sales in June this year was 966, which is 33.4 percent more than last year in June 2020 – 724, and 16.1 percent more than last month in May 2021 – 832 transactions.

In June 2021, stocks remained stable at 0.6 months. The total time on the market was reduced to 16 days, with an average home sale price of $ 530,000 and an average home sale price of $ 476,800.

A year-to-date summary comparing the first six months of 2021 to the same period in 2020 shows new listings (5,904) increased by 13.1 percent, pending sales (5,285) increased by 18.8 percent, and closed sales (4702) increased by 29.7 percent.
