CBRE Managing Director Sabrina Jones will now be responsible for collecting rent from Epicenter’s remaining tenants and attempting to sell vacant premises. Court documents show that the complex is currently vacant by 63.25%.
The court will hold a videoconference this afternoon at 2:00 pm to discuss the details of the new case procedure.
