The report notes that Palm Beach has received one of the largest industrial shipments in the past five years: new shipments in one quarter. SSeveral contributing factors explain why the industrial market is doing well, including the transition to an e-commerce economy, the influx of migrants to Florida, tax reforms, and increased investment in the industrial and multi-family sectors.
