Maureen Joyce was appointed head of US Real Estate Asset Management at Barings.
She replaces John F. Kennedywho will become a portfolio manager. Mr. Kennedy will work closely with Ms. Joyce to ensure a smooth transition, a spokesman confirmed in an email.
Ms. Joyce will oversee the firm’s US real estate assets, join the firm’s US real estate senior management team, and serve on the US Private Equity Investment Committee. She will be based in Boston and report to John Ockerbloom, Co-Head of the US Real Estate Department.
