Real estate firm Bancap Self Storage Group Inc. hired Garrett Danner as Warehouse Investment Specialist. In this role, he will work with the company’s customers to ensure they get the best possible results from the sale and purchase of warehouse space across California, the press release said.
Danner started his real estate career in 2015. Most recently, he was Vice President of Debt and Structured Finance at CBRE Capital Markets. The report says he has assisted numerous institutional and family clients with their properties and funding.
Danner holds a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MBA from the University of Durham Business School in England. He was the captain of the UCLA Division 1 men’s water polo team that won two National Student Athletic Association (NCAA) championships. He was awarded the NCAA Player of the Year and the Peter J. Cutino Award.
