Atrium Mortgage Investment Corporation Announces Dividend Payment for August 2021



Toronto, Ontario – (Newsfile Corp. – August 4, 2021) – Atrium Mortgage Investment Corporation (TSX: AI) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has announced an August 2021 dividend of $ 0.075 per common share. will be paid on September 14, 2021 to shareholders registered on August 31, 2021.

Atrium currently pays monthly dividends at an annual rate of US $ 0.90 per share, as well as special year-end dividends to registered shareholders in the event that the dividend declared is less than taxable income for that fiscal year.

Shareholders are reminded that Atrium offers a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP), which allows them to automatically reinvest their dividends in new Atrium shares at a 2% discount off market price and no commissions.
