Brnoviv claims that David Kinas, manager of Deed and Note Traders and 881 Home, sold houses under a mortgage agreement and then did not make payments on the underlying mortgage.
The lawsuit states that Kinas was unable to repay the loan, despite receiving thousands of dollars in advance payments from clients and promising to transfer their monthly payments on the underlying mortgage.
The lawsuit requires restitution of up to $ 10,000 in civil sanction.
