Adam America, Northlink, Heads Up New UWS Condominium



Adam America Real Estate and Northlink Capital have announced the completion of Era, a boutique condominium designed by New York-based architecture and design firm ODA on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

Located at 251 West 91st Street, the 20-story, striking cantilever building will have 57 residences. The project has just started on sale and is being managed by Reuveni Real Estate.

Residences range in size from 1,252 to 3,524 square feet, with asking prices starting from about $ 2.625 million for a two-bedroom home to $ 11.25 million for a five-bedroom home.
