ACRE, short for Alternative Capital Replacement, is a specialized real estate consultancy focused on serving institutional investors and family offices by offering strategic solutions for capital liquidity management. The secondary market has shown growth in recent years, offering buyers and sellers not only a path to liquidity, but also a more efficient mechanism for adjusting risks and proactively managing real estate risk.
