Manager Stephen Glass said Aberdeen had a “good pedigree” after signing a full-season lease with midfielder Teddy Jenks of Brighton and Hove Albion.

Jenks, 19, has represented England at the U17 and 19 levels and has played twice for the Brighton first team.

He joins the signing of Scott Brown, Declan Gallagher and Jay Emmanuel-Thomas.

“He is a good versatile center midfielder and will be a good competitor in this area,” said Glass.

“We are confident that this step will help Teddy’s career and our campaign.”
