A couple of big real estate deals close at Boardman – Business Journal Daily



BORDMAN, OH – Two large property sales in Boardman closed Monday, one commercial and one residential.

The four Carter Circle apartment buildings were purchased by Valley Property Management Group LLC for a total of $ 1,062,500. In filings filed with the Ohio Secretary of State in February 2012, Kevin Dill is the filing officer.

The plots at 27, 30, 31 and 34 Carter Circle were owned by E&S Properties Inc. since 2001. In 2017, the district auditor valued the buildings and properties at $ 251,650. The Apartments.com listing, updated two weeks ago, says there are six apartments in each building.

Goodyear Car Service at 418 Boardman-Canfield Road sold for $ 780,000.

Also on Monday, DCR Boardman LLC acquired a Goodyear Auto Service store on US Highway 224 for $ 780,000. The properties listed by Bill Cutlik of the Platz Realty Group include three times the net lease.

According to the Mahoning County auditor, the buyer resides at an address in Manhasset, New York, and documents in the archives of the Ohio Secretary of State show the company was incorporated in early May.

The site, 418 Boardman-Canfield Road, was previously owned by Oak Bay Ohio LLC, which bought the property in 2013 for $ 535,000 from Dominic Bitonte. According to the district auditor, the garage was built in 1966 and renovated in 1991. The auditor’s office estimates the site at $ 387,550.

The property was sold to Casey Morell and Susan Morgione of Howard Hannah’s Polish office.
